1. What we collect
- Account info: your name, email address, and a hashed password (we never see the actual password).
- Business info: whatever you type into the campaign builder — business name, audience, branding answers. This is the product working as intended.
- Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Shipping info: only if you order physical products (name, address for delivery).
- Technical basics: login sessions, error logs. No creepy tracking.
2. How we use it
To run your account, generate your campaigns, process payments, and deliver physical products. That's it.
3. Who else sees it
- Stripe — payments.
- Our AI providers — your campaign inputs are sent to them to generate designs and copy. They don't get your password or payment info.
- Gelato — your shipping address, only when you order printed products.
- Vercel — hosts the site; standard server logs.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. Ever.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember where you are in a campaign. No third-party ad trackers.
5. Your rights
You can ask what data we have on you, and you can ask us to delete your account and data: evyrmarketing@proton.me. Deleting your account removes your campaigns too — download anything you want to keep first.
6. Data retention
We keep account and campaign data while your account exists. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (like payment receipts).
7. Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and payment data never touches our servers. No system is perfect — if there's ever a breach, we'll tell you.
8. Changes
We'll post updates here and email you about big ones.
