1. What Evyr is
Evyr is an AI-assisted marketing campaign builder. You answer questions about your business; we generate logos, brand systems, post designs, captions, and posting schedules. An AI makes the creative work — a human (you) should review it before publishing.
2. Accounts
You need an account to buy a campaign. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your login. One account per person; don't share logins.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in USD.
Full refund issued for requests made within 7 days of purchase, provided schedule ZIPs haven't been downloaded. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear. After download, campaigns are digital products and non-refundable — unless we failed to deliver (broken files, nothing generated), in which case we'll fix it or refund you.
Promo-code/free campaigns: no refunds apply (nothing was paid).
4. You own what you buy
Everything in a campaign you paid for — logos, designs, captions, schedules — is yours. Use it commercially, modify it, print it. We keep the right to show anonymized examples of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. AI-generated content — check it
Our output is generated by AI and can contain errors: typos, wrong names, cut-off text, bad advice. Review everything before you publish it. We're not responsible for what you post or print without checking. If you spot a generation error, tell us and we'll regenerate it.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Evyr to make spam, scams, hateful content, or anything illegal. Don't try to break the site, scrape it, or resell access to it. We can suspend accounts that do.
7. Physical products
Printed products (shirts, stickers, etc.) are made and shipped by our print partner. Delivery times are estimates. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us. We're not liable for lost profits, or for anything you published without reviewing (see section 5).
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Big changes get an email; continued use after that means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
